Many people get hung up on how they can justify taking the time to workout and take care of themselves. They have "too much to do, too many people to take care of". I get it, but that's bullshit. Not only is it ok to take the time to take care of you, it's also your obligation to those you care about.

I know how to use a hammer, a screwdriver, a saw, etc. But even if you give me all the tools and the materials, I can't even come close to building a house. It's about the knowledge and the know how to put it all together. Training is the same.

With all of these options, it's easy to get confused as to which is best. Same with diet. Gluten-free, low carb, low fat, macros, calorie counting, blah, blah, blah..
