Awake in the dark. Again. That trainer life. “You get up at 3:45 am?” people ask me. “Everyday?” Pretty much. “Do you like it?” No. Of course I don’t like it. I’m disciplined but I’m not crazy. I hate it actually. It’s sucks but it’s the price I have to pay to do what I love. I think that’s what people miss. They don’t realize that there is always a price to pay. Waking up in the dark sucks, but it is what I need to do to accomplish my goals. I have actually learned to “like” it, even though I hate it, because it’s a constant reminder that I am doing what’s necessary to achieve my goals and that makes me proud. Embrace the things that suck, because they are necessary for success.
