So many programs and workout philosophies, strength training, conditioning, functional fitness, bootcamp, Crossfit, powerlifting. With all of these options, it's easy to get confused as to which is best. Same with diet. Gluten-free, low carb, low fat, macros, calorie counting, blah, blah, blah.. Well, no matter what program or diet you follow, there is one thing that is often overlooked that may be the x-factor.
