I went fishing recently. Caught nothing. Not even close. But then I realized, I have no business being upset. What did I expect? I have no knowledge of fishing. Did I think just by showing up and throwing a line in the water that we’d catch something? How many times in life do we do that? How often do we take on something totally unprepared for the task at hand and then get frustrated or upset that we aren’t good at it?

I love this! That is why I continue to go to Iron Legion. I need the coaches knowledge to get stronger and so I don't get another injury.
